The prompt is gone? That is... probably fine.

The Firm Grip Of Death

Thank you for acting in my game,
I promise you'll come back the same,
The firm grip of death will not hold you for long,
Once the end comes, they will know your name.

And the friend in the dark will sit still,
For their turn in the spotlight, until,
The firm grip of death will let up again,
Reuinted, and the audience with its fill.

Soon it will be my turn too,
But as the one to cause this all to ensue,
The firm grip of death will hold me tight,
The light and the freight might call blight on you two.

And the firm grip of death will remain strong and pure,
And those who kiled you might kill me,
But it's all been planned out, carved into stone, I'm sure,
Moonlight and darkness once again I will see

The blind forest calls me back to it,
But this visit and story were perfection,
When I return, with a new set of faces,
We'll all be returned to contention.
